In the News: Tattoo artists arrested

Two tattooists appear in this week's news for illegal activity. One Florida cosmetic tattooist has been arrested for practicing medicine without a license, and a tattoo studio owner from Maine has been charged with "conspiracy to commit murder" which resulted in the death of a New Jersey man.

Also in the news this week, students and parents in Pennsylvania are speaking out against the school dress code and Mattel introduces their new line of tattooed and pierced ghetto dolls, "Flavas".
