After over 7 years of seeing hundreds of tribal tattoos - most of them very similar - I must admit it doesn't carry the appeal it once did. Which is why, when I see a tribal piece that actually excites me, I am pleasantly surprised. This tribal piece happens to be one that just really popped out at me. This arm tattoo was inked by one of the site's feature artists, Alfred "Bo" Mencarelli of Tat2Times in Olympia, Washington. Boe has been tattooing for over 20 years, and I would imagine he's seen (and done) his share of tribal tattoos. The fact that he can still make it so captivating really testifies to his talent.
