Tat of the Week - Celtic Horse

This colorful celtic horse has been on my favorites list ever since Erin sent it to me. I don't think I've ever seen color used so brilliantly on a Celtic piece before. However, I have seen such magnificient work since then. This particular piece was done by Rex of Blue Flame in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Since then, Erin has had a Celtic dog and lower back knot design added to her horse, done in the same beautiful colors and this time by Mick Beasley of Dragon Moon Tattoo in Glen Burnie, Maryland. You really have to view the whole piece to gain full appreciation for its beauty and for the talented artwork by both artists.
