The simple answer to this question, of course, is that if you think you might want to get rid of it in the future, don't get it to begin with. ginalatina84 makes this point by saying, "If you haven't got a tattoo yet but are already thinking of ways to get rid of it, and the pain involved, I would say you answered your own question. Wait until your completely sure before getting one."
