In the News: More Tattooing and Piercing of Minors

Does a guy that tattoos teens out of his garage really think that none of these kids are going to get caught by their parents? And then does he think that, even if they do get caught, the parent won't come after him? That's just one story of illegal tattooing this week. Illinois, Oregon and Minnesota are all in the news this week for underage tattooing and piercing.

In other news, a junior high school student was arrested for forcibly tattooing a 13 year-old peer with a pin and ink. Also, a basketball athlete has been refused entry into Croatia due to his tattoo.
