An Oklahoma House Committee has approved and passed on to the House a bill to legalize tattooing in the state. More updates to appear here as it becomes available!
Also: Tattoo artist, Matthew Reed, is suing Nike for an ad they have been using that prominantly displays a tattoo worn by Rasheed Wallace, an NBA player for the Pistons. Reed wants the ad pulled and is asking for damages due to the unlicensed use of his "intellectual property", claiming he owns the rights to the artwork.
