In the News - Cyclist Kicked Off Team for Facial Tattoos
Sunday March 6, 2005
Cyclist David Clinger, former teammate of Lance Armstrong, has been temporarily kicked from his new team, Webcor, when he showed up at training camp sporting a Maori-style face and scalp tattoo. Now, under pressure from family and teammates, he is already undergoing laser surgery treatments, which could take up to a year or more to remove the tattoo completely. His eventual fate with the team is still undecided.

Shocking that he was not accepted, if he was a maouri would they have done the same?
I think the Maori tattoo is sexy and the cyclist team who criticized him should be charged with discrimination; it would not even show with a shirt on. Peace
“it would not even show with a shirt on.”
really? does the shirt cover his FACE?!?
