Tat of the Week - Lord of the Rings Backpiece

If you're a LOTR fan, I know you will appreciate this tattoo. I sat through the entire series of DVDs (extended versions, no less) with my husband, and although I'm not an avid fan I think they were brillianty done. I also think this tattoo was brilliantly done! This was also inked by a New Zealand artist by the name of Steve Nesbit from Power House Tattoos. I'm starting to think I need to plan a vacation to New Zealand!

This piece of art is brilliant. The tattoo is fantastic. I am a massive fan of TLOTR and am currently looking for a tattoo to represent what I think is one of the best films of all time. I have designed one based on the crowns of Arwen and Elrond but don’t think I will stop there. Once again, excellent tattoo and will carry on looking for my next one. If my family understood my appreciation of art I don’t think I would stop getting tattoos. Some people see them as horrific…I see them as someones art!!!
