In the News: Naked Tattooed Statue Stirs Controversy

I'm sure you've seen them before - reproductions of the Belgium Manneken Pis statue - the little naked boy taking a whiz, which "pees" water via the accompanying fountain. Recently, Debra Smith, owner of Electric Lady Tattoo Studio in Salem, Oregon placed one of these statues outside her shop, but added a little extra flair by painting an upper body suit "tattoo" on the little guy. You can imagine what happened next.
