Victims, Survivors and Those Concerned

Sunday September 4, 2005
If you've got loved ones in the tattoo community in any of the hurricane-affected areas, you may be wondering if they are OK. Communication is sporatic at best, and many are still waiting to be rescued with no means of contacting anyone outside. This site will be used for mediation.
  • If you are looking for someone, please email me (Katrina in the subject line) with their name, the studio they work at and the city and state where they work and/or reside.
  • If you happen to know the current status of an artist from the hurricane-affected area, please email me (Katrina in the subject line) with their name, the studio they work at and its location as well as their status.
  • If you are an artist that lived in the affected area but have gotten out, are safe, are in need of assistance, etc. and have some way of communicating that, please email me (Katrina in the subject line)
I will post any information I receive as quickly as possible. Due to the efforts of Needled.com, we already know that Elayne Angel and the crew of Rings of Desire located in New Orleans got out safely, but the status of the shop itself is unknown as of this time.
