A Connecticut tattoo shop owner has been arrested on numerous charges including posession and selling of illegal firearms, gun crimes and robbery. A Pennsylvania piercer agreed to pierce a minor's nipples when she agreed to trade for sex. And Steve-O (Jackass) gets a controversial gang tattoo. What a week!
