In the News: NM Tattoo Shop Owner Assaulted by Wife

James Lamoreaux, owner of Rebel X Tattoos in Silver City, New Mexico, was found lying on the floor of his studio by police after having been assaulted with a gun and kicked by his wife. He seems to be recovering from the incident OK, while his wife is facing jail time and a hefty fine.

Also this week, one of the victims of illegal tattoo searches performed by an Oregon police deputy is suing the deputy and the county for damages.
