Class Action Suit Filed Against Oshawa Tattoo Shop
Despite the fact that there have been no reported cases of infection or blood disease (yet) from a malfunctioning autoclave at Lonestar Tattoo Studio in Oshawa, Ontario (Canada), several clients have come forward and filed a $10 million lawsuit against the shop. Legal representatives expect many more clients to come forward and take part in the suit once word gets out.

Tattoo Shop Shooting Leaves 1 Dead
Josh Trobaugh, owner of Mr. Tank's Tattoos in Denver, Colorado, was shot and killed after having an altercation with an armed robber in the shop Wednesday night (August 22, 2007). He leaves behind his wife and beloved dogs. Oddly enough, this comes just two months after the shop's namesake - Mr. Tank, an English Bulldog - miraculously survived being hit by a fire truck.
