After three cases of MRSA (bacterial staph infection) were traced back to a couple of unlicensed tattooers in Vermont, prosecutors are now trying to decide whether they should press charges against them.

Neighborhood Divided on Memorial Mural to Slain Artist
A mural painted on the side of a Reseda (CA) liquor store in memory of slain tattoo/graffiti artist, Anthony Seda, has sparked some controversy in the neighborhood. Seda was shot in front of the tattoo studio where he worked last year, and friends came together to create the large mural in his honor. But the police have received dozens of complaints about the mural, including claims that it will attract unwanted taggers and gangbangers. One woman even threatened to shoot the liquor store's owner if he didn't remove the mural.
