Well, this one is a very tricky question!:-) Although I don’t have nipples pierced myself, I doubt they’d stay erect all the time.
If that were true, what would happen to all the guys having genital piercings?:-)))

my nipples are pierced and it has nothing to do with their erections
they do that all on their own as they always have
cold, hot, wet, scared, etc.
nope. i got big nipples too. and small boobies. i was hoping that they would stay erect and look better. nope. now it just looks like if ur wearing rings. u have hard nipples. or you’ll get a dual nipple look. everyone will know u wear it. but…..doesn’t mean ur nipple will stay hard. u still gonna get that marshmallow puff.
Erect nipples and nipple piercing. Well initially during the early stages of the healing period (the first 3 to 6 weeks) the nipples will become erect a little quicker than usual. This is in part to the situation and the healing process, yeah dinner at the parents place Sunday night, whala erect nipples. It just happens, partly due to the change in your anatomy. We have taken something that is usually predicatble and caused it to “rethink” things. This will ease off as the healing progresses so don’t worry, it will settle down over time. Happy Piercings!
