It even got bad enough to cancel school one day, which of course the kids were thrilled about. I haven't had to endure too much of it myself since I've been stuck inside, glued to my computer, finishing up the book I've been writing. But I know plenty of you have had to brave the cold weather and if you're a reader of this site, you've probably got a piercing or two. Did you know that your piercings could increase your chance of getting frostbite? Even if you bundle up, any exposed eyebrow, nose, lip or ear piercings put you at risk. Read this article to find out how to protect yourself and how to treat a case of frostbite.

Kind regards,
José
