i love both of my conchs. i did do research before i did this very unique piercing though just like all my others. conchs may be unique but the can be a pain in the !@#. i have both done but not at the same.a good number one reason:impossible to sleep on said pierced ear, and it will wake you up. best cleaning idea. salin solution and q-tips. the only time i had issues with them both was when they where either hit or cought on something. they are touchy piercings, they take special special special care in cleaning for the first month to 3 months. also, work with the piercer on the labret bar siz with your ear. you especially do not want one to small of course.
