why was a 13yr old doing out by herself anyway. Here in australia you have to have your parents consent before you can get tatoo or any kind of piercing

I am assuming with a 90% chance that the gift shop was using a piercing gun. Its so sad that something so dangerous is so widely accepted. We have actually had people in the shop asking why we are not using one. They should be banned and illegal. Not only for the danger to the piercee in the chair but to the others that get pierced after and the biological elements still lingering in the air afterwards. It should be widely known the dangers of the kiosk piercing!!!
