In the News: Murder Suspect Goes to Trial; "Smart" Tattoo Research Continues
Friday October 24, 2003
The man suspected of murdering 21 year-old Amanda Bates inside Everlasting Tattoo in Houston, TX this past May is finally having his day in court. The 17 year-old murder suspect opened fire in the studio after arguing with a couple other men, both of which he also shot but they recovered. The hearing was actually yesterday, the 23rd. Hopefully we will hear more details soon.
More research is being done on the potential "smart tattoo" which will help diabetics to measure their glucose levels without having to draw blood. A very intriguing concept - I hope we also hear more about this in the near future.
