The collector, April Fox, had it tattooed by Kevin Croney - owner of True Image in New Kensington, Pennsylvania (which is just NE of Pittsburgh). Kevin's been tattooing for thirteen years and seems to really have a knack for neo-traditional style artwork, although he certainly can pull off something more delicate like this fairy here.
