Ever take into consideration that her grammer is poor, or that she is not quite as articulate as most? It’s possible that what she meant to come across was “Are all of those tattoos on your body, personally?”
Just a thought…
I would be curious to know if she meant were they yours. I had to read what you wrote twice because of my interpretation.
