So I'm thinking about getting a tattoo on my upper hip area, just below my waist, on the side. Will I be able to just pull the side of my pants down a little? - kvm1947

Your tattooer has seen it before….and if he/she is a professional as they should be they won’t even notice if you are sitting there TOPLESS. It’s the skin before them that is important.

So don’t be offended when you see us the next week and we don’t recognize your face!!

Nobody has anything we haven’t seen before. If ya do…bring it on!! haha

Hi there, i am having my hip, thigh and below knee tattooed, so when i go to the studio i take a sarong, pretty much the whole area is exposed. Like the tattooist before said they are used to it and need as much access to the area as possible. Get in contact with your artist and ask them what is best to wear for your session.

hi…i think she is the one uncomfortable about doing that.. i don’t think she cares what the artist is going to do. If you are uncomfortable about that…perhaps get the tattoo in another place or just brace yourself and pretend its Johnny Depp:):)
