Allergies and colds can aggrivate this. Blowing your nose will be difficult during the healing process, but not impossible. It's essential that you are very careful to keep this piercing extra clean to avoid infection. Those who wear makeup need to be especially wary of this.

Recommended Starter Jewelry: 16 - 12 gauge captive bead ring. Nostril screws and nose bones are not recommended until the piercing is completely healed.
