Tigerlily Tattoo - Portland, Oregon

I had a huge scar on my right bicep for 8 years, and was so self-conscious about it that I would never go out in public in a sleeveless top. I wanted a tattoo over it, but every "artist" I spoke to said that it couldn't be done.

Then Matthew Mattison (at Tigerlily Tattoo, in Portland, Oregon) was recommended to me by a friend. Not only did he assure me that my scar could be covered, but he designed the tattoo himself with no help from me except for a vague description. He is the only artist I will go to for tattoos, and he draws up each of them specifically for me. he is a true artist and the best inkman in Portland!
