Second Time's a Charm

"My first tattoo was a disaster. The guy told me to use neosporin and I had an allergic reaction--you know, the funny red bumps and what-not. Well, when the bumps went away, so did dots of colour, making it have a bizarre polka-dot effect.

My second tattoo done over the disasterous one was incredible. If you're ever in Pittsburgh, Pa (Pennsylvania) and in need of a new tattoo, my advice is to go to Tattoos by Dale Winters in Homestead. He's gentle, kind, and wonderful. He put my fears at ease at the same time he worked on my new fairy. He's incredibly talented, his fine-line detailing is exquisite! I am incredibly happy with my fairy and I'm thinking about going back to him for another tattoo. In fact, I can assure all of you that when I get another tattoo, it'll definitely be inked by Dale!"
