"Upon entering Rainbow Studios Tattoos and Piercing, your first thing you smell is cleanliness. This shop is in a small shopping center in North Dover, Delaware. The featured artist's name is LIL E. LIL E is 22 years old. His artwork is phenominal! The guy is an ink god! The most impressive work I've EVER seen comes from his sick and twisted little mind. He can freehand like no-one's business. He also does flashwork and adds his own "juice" to produce a piece that no one else has. The absolute most impressive thing I've noticed is that he doesn't let it go to his head. He's VERY level headed when it comes to his ego. By far the most professional artist when it comes to dealing with people too! I have to give props to LIL E! Keep up the great work!"-KEYMOR1
I HAVE TO GIVE PROPS TO LIL' E. WHEN I FIRST ARRIVED IN DOVER HE WAS THE ONLY ONE WITH THE ABILITY TO SO WHAT I WANTED DONE ON MY BACK. HE WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT EVER WORKED ON ME WHILE I WAS LIVING THERE. EVERYONE WHO HAS SEEN MY TATS HAS ASKED WHO DID THEM AND WHERE, AND LET ME TELL YOU THAT I HAVE NO PROBLEM REFERRING EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU TO LIL' E, HE'S THE BEST IN THAT AREA WITHOUT A DOUBT.

Lil E was a great artist...unfortunately, he is no longer there. He did a great job though on my cover up and did a wonderful job on my husbands. There is another guy there named Bruce. He is very good and i would refer him to anyone.

I gives my props to the artisticly creative tattoo artist Rob. He has the most creative work i've seen yet, i wouldn't go to anyone else for tattoo work or piercings. All i got say is that Rob knows what he is doing and i know he's proud of what he does, it shows in his work. I recommend this wonderful tattoo artist to anyone and everyone whos looking for some seriously creative work that will blow your mind.
