Skinsations - Kingsport, TN

I got my first tattoo from a shop here in Kingsport (Tennessee) where I live called Skinsations. I wanted to send my props out to Joe who did it for me. He's only been tattooing for about a year now and my tat has a lot of fine, intricate lines in it and he did an absolutely wonderful job.Also he makes you feel comfortable when it's your first time.Thanks Joe and keep up the good work.
