Golgotha Tattoos - Carbondale, Illinois
I gotta give MAD props to Darren Ashbaugh of Golgotha Tattoos in Carbondale Illinois. He covered up a tattoo on my right arm that I got when I was sixteen and did one HELL of a job. The detail work is just amazing! You can't even tell there was a tattoo there in the first place!
Also Scott Randolph has done a few piercings on me that turned out awesome too. These two guys are extremely talented (not to mention cool to hang out with) and I highly recomment Golgotha to anyone in the area.

I would also like to give props to Darren at Golgotha Tattoos in Carbondale, IL. It is BY FAR the cleanest and most professional tattoo shop I have ever been in. I was ready for my first tattoo and I shopped around a lot looking for the right place to get it done. Darren was very professional, did an excellent job at customizing my tattoo and just made the whole experience great. I would reccommend this tattoo studio and Darren in particular to anyone that wants a tattoo or a piercing. These guys know their stuff and are wonderful.

I have to give high remarks to Darrin at Golgotha studio in Carbondale, Il. I took my husband in to have his first tattoo last year as a valentines present. We went in with an idea of flames with Mopar written in the center of the flames and Darrin done such an excellent job that i can't wait to take my husband back to have some more done by Darrin and the guys who work with him. The guys who work there are very professional and great to hang with. I tell everyone that this is the place to go if you want a tattoo or a piercing done. I can't thank them enough for the great job they done on his tattoo.

Darren King of Golgotha Tattoos in Carbondale Il, is fantastic. I've never had a tattoo before, and was alittle aprehensive, but he made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I gave him an idea of what I wanted, and he expanded upon it and made it exactly what I was looking for. His work is exceptional, and I've had several people tell me its the best tattoo they've ever seen. If you're in the Carbondale area and want a tattoo-ask for Darren King-you won't be disappointed!

Great guys, to say the least. Darren has done 5 pieces on my wife, and they are all of the absolute highest quality. He's working on the art for my backpiece right now. I couldn't possbly recommend these guys any higher.
Scott is a talented, professional piercer with a mind for the medical profession. His highest concern is safety - be that in sterility, aftercare, the piercing itself or any other matter.
All together, great guys, and a great shop. With all of the "discount" places around, it's good to have Golgotha in the mix to raise the bar for the other shops.

"Mad Props" to Candice for my leg piece. She did an marvelous job on my cherry blossum tree and garden scene. Full of color and very clear. She also came up with a good portion of the design and did it superbly. She also did a free touch up after it healed and did far mre than just touch up, it was almost a reworking of the tattoo, even though it was not needed. Great workmanship and artistry from Candice and Golgotha.
