Blue Lotus Tattoo & The Piercing Lounge - Madison, Wisconsin

I would like to give "props" to Spencer of Blue Lotus Tattoo and the Piercing Lounge in Madison, WI (www.tattoomadison.com). I went in on a whim one day to have a lotus flower added to an exisiting Ohm symbol and someone suggested Spencer, and as cheesy as it sounds, the rest is history! Not only is his artwork amazing, but Spencer is a very sweet person. Just the other day I went in to talk to him about a design and right away he greeted me (by my first name--always good to be recognized) and asked how I was. A time prior to this, he took the time to sit down and answer some questions for a paper I was writing, which was very cool of him. He really takes the time when working to make sure the design comes out just right; his touch is very gentle and he has a great sense of humor. I don't know if I can put into words just how comfortable I feel working with him. If you're ever in Madison WI, I suggest checking out both Blue Lotus and Spencer because the studio is great and he is a terrific artist.
