Honest Charlie's Tattoos - San Antonio, TX

Well I had been planning on getting inked for about a year & just recently I needed to do it ASAP. I asked around and visited a few shops, didn'y really want to be like everyone else with wall art & wanted custom beauty. One guy told me $185.00 for a heart & my daughter's name. That was crazy. WELL I asked a few friend's and was referred to "HONEST CHARLIES" on the corner of Fredricksburg & Zamora. Went in last night 9/22/04 and "Charlie" was getting ready to leave, asked him if he could do it, showed him what I wanted. He went to the back & came back with a beautiful stencil. Tribal with 3 hearts & my daughter's name above it (I LOVE IT.) He started to work on my (It's on my back about 1 inch under the collar of a shirt line and in the center), I felt the pain but he made it enjoyable, so did the others working in the shop. After about 1 hr. he was done, I FELL IN ABSOLUTE LOVE. HE IS GREAT! The 33 years of experience absolutly shows. The artwork he did is BEAUTIFUL & Unique. His use of shading and lines are perfect & so precise. I am going back next month for more work. THANK YOU HONEST CHARLIES!!!
