"This is the cleanest, neatest, most organized, friendliest place I've ever been into, and I've been into a lot of them. Reed Mather is by far the best tattoo artist I've had work on me (I've had 4 besides Reed). His work is vibrant, creative, and the cleanest lines I've seen. Also, his wife Niryssa (sp?) pierced my nose and she was fanatical about cleanliness. I felt so comfortable there. These are great people and it's worth the four hour drive from the Bay Area the level of quality!!!"

Nerissa pierced my daughter's naval. I was so impressed with the their professionalism and cleanliness of the entire place. I believe Nerissa changed her gloves once while just talking with us! She made sure both my daughter and I were comfortable and well informed. Even though we live four hours away, I will take my daughters only to Lake Monster.

I have been to Lake Monster for every single piercing, or tattoo that I have gotten, and plan on never going anywhere else. Narissa is very well informed on both piercings and tattoos, and is excellent at doing piercings, not only the usual earloabs, and cartilidge but anything you can think up thats safe. They are clean to an extent that I have not seen anywhere else. My tattoos are done by Mike Zimmer, the other tattoo artist there, and he does an amazing job,is very creative, and the whole staff is extremly pleased.-Michael
So the three of us went in only two of us were going to get a tatto to symbolize our 16+ year frindship. After major indecisiveness, the third one of us, Elaine gave in to the temptaion. The boys at lake monster were kind and very sweet. They made us comfortable and made sure we aere not entering into this lightly. Reed did Elaines tat on her nether regions, and Mike did Jennifers on her low back, and mine on my neck. What a great bunch of guys, they rock. The work area was impeccably clean and they took their time to make sure everything was clean and ready for the next victim. Reed and Mike kick ass... and Mike the "receptionist" was pretty damn awesome too. We'll be back next road trip.. with Red Bulls and more business.. Peace!!!!!!!!!!!!!
