Julien at Black Lotus Tattoo in Eugene, Oregon, does incredible work. He is able to draw up and execute a top-notch tattoo unbelievably quickly; his mind is always waiting for the needle to catch up while he's inking someone because he's already got the image finished, mentally. I've seen a lot of work come out of his shop and I've yet to see a single tattoo that isn't absolutely spot-on.

Julien is able to work in every single style of modern tattoo art with equal fluency, including portraits and Japanese. Highly recommended.
