Being Part of the Chrome Gardens Family
"Its like watching a child grow and mature, so its been nice having a hand involved. It was such an abstract idea in the beginning; to see it now makes me proud. The crew I work with is awesome! They bring their vision with them and combine it with mine and thats a great mix. The thing I like least is typical, not having enough hours in the day."
A Woman in a Man's World
"Whats it like to be a woman in this business? I think its the same for all women regardless of the industry. Youre critiqued harder, the expectation for you to do well is lower, the concept of achievement without a man is inconceivable. I often get the
question 'Is he your old man?' (referring to a male employee). If I had a dollar every time someone asked me if Bryan was my 'old man', I could buy an island and ship them to it."
