Forever 21 is a moderately priced modern fashion store for teens and adults who want to keep their look young and fresh. It's not what I would call an alternative store by any means, but it's not an Abercrombie prep hell either. I don't know what their policies are on body art, but they've been rumored to be cool with at least some visible mods.
Where is it:
Forever 21 is one member of a family of stores that includes several other retailers, so you can search for just Forever 21 or within the whole family using their Store Locator. However, I do not know anything about the other stores and whether they have different policies on visible body art. My guess is that the kids stores and maternity stores probably have different dress codes. So, just keep that in mind when checking out the different shops.
