Target is a large chain of department stores that sells high-quality but affordable home, office and personal products. Some of the stores, known as "Super Targets" also include a grocery store. I'm not sure what their policy is on visible body art as a whole, but every time I'm checking out at Target I see a significant number of cashiers with visible tattoos and/or piercings, so they seem to be pretty accepting.

Target stores are pretty abundant with locations in every state except Vermont (no idea why).
