Glossary Definition - Scalpelling (As it Relates to Stretching a Piercing)

By , About.com Guide

Definition: Scalpelling is a more extreme technique and is really nothing short of surgery. A sharp blade is used to cut away enough flesh to allow for larger gauge jewelry.
