Recently, Ralph Bonebreak, 94, walked into Tainted Flesh Tattoo and Piercing Studio in DuBois, Pennsylvania and got his first tattoo - and then his second. He'd always wanted one and finally took the plunge.

Also this week, it appears that Canada prisons may soon be teaching their inmates the art of tattooing so they can ink each other more safely. Understandably, this proposal is receiving some heavy criticism, but prison officials insist that it will help prevent the spread of disease in the jails.
