News: Brandy and Heather Locklear's Tattoos

Brandy says that her five tattoos are already excessive and she is saying no to more ink. At the same time, Heather Locklear covered up her "Richie" (now her ex) tattoo, and there has been some speculation as to whether or not she had it covered with another tribute to her new love, David Spade. Let's hope she's a little smarter than that.
